    Volunteer Waiver & Release

    I, the undersigned release, waive and hold harmless Wolfgaard Productions, LLC, dba Vermont Gatherings their staff, owners, corporate sponsors, volunteers, cooperating organizations and all parties and all parties connected to Vermont Gatherings the from all claims for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which I have or which hereafter accrue to me against them, their agents, volunteers and sponsors.

    It is further understood and agreed to that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.

    I will permit emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness while participating in any practice, rehearsal or event.

    I give permission to use my name and photos taken of me during this event in any promotional material, publication, on the Vermont Gatherings websites; or in
    any other promotional material.

    I understand and agree that the Vermont Gatherings holds the right to dismiss from the event and surrounding area anyone that may cause a disturbance.

    I certify that I have read this waiver and release, understood its intent and agree to its terms.
